History and Namesake
Our name, Castlehill, is a nod to the historic Castle of Dundee, which once dominated the city's skyline. The castle, which was destroyed in the 14th century, played a significant role in the Battle of Bannockburn and was said to have been occupied by Picts and Romans. Today, the landmark that remains is a testament to the city's rich history and cultural heritage. Our restaurant is proud to continue that tradition by offering a dining experience that is both modern and elegant.
