Our customer charter demonstrates the level of dedication by our team to your service or repair experience. We strive to get it right first time, every time, and we pledge to do the following for all our customers: cover your service or repair with the RMI customer guarantee, only charge you for the price we quote, inclusive of parts, labour, and VAT, never charge you for work not completed or parts not supplied, follow your vehicle's service schedule, and provide a guarantee for any parts used.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services, including car servicing, MOTs, tyres, exhausts, brakes, clutches, diagnostic checks, and batteries. Our servicing includes fixed-price servicing, and we use the best spec oil and carry out a full car check with each service. Our MOT centre is VOSA-approved, and we provide thorough and fair MOTs for cars, minibuses, and commercial vehicles. Our diagnostic tools cover a wide range of car models, and we have years of diagnostic knowledge. We also provide competitive pricing for tyres, exhausts, brakes, and clutches, and we only fit parts that are equal to or surpass the quality of the original parts.
