Our Staff
Our team of experienced and qualified staff members are dedicated to providing the highest level of care and education for our children. With over 90 years of collective experience, we have developed a team that is passionate about their work and committed to providing the best possible outcomes for our children. Our staff are highly trained, with many holding NVQ 3 and 2 qualifications, as well as being CRB-checked and DBS-checked. We also invest in ongoing training and development to ensure that our staff stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and research.
Our Facilities
Our nursery is designed to provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that is tailored to meet the needs of all children. We have specifically designed areas for different age groups, including a dedicated area for our two-year-olds. Our outdoor play area is spacious and well-maintained, providing a safe and engaging space for children to play and explore.
Our Approach
Our approach to education is based on the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the Children and Families Act 2014. We believe in creating a positive and engaging learning environment that is tailored to meet the needs of each child. We use a "Key Person" approach, where each member of staff has an allocated number of children, to provide a sense of security and belonging. We also believe in the importance of play-based learning and provide a range of activities and resources to support this approach.
