Welcome to Smart Pension, one of the largest UK workplace pension providers. We are dedicated to improving the lives of employers and savers in the UK, with a particular focus on delivering to the needs of larger workplace clients. Our CEO, Jamie Fiveash, is deeply committed to our mission and vision.

As a digital-first pension provider, we offer a seamless and user-friendly experience for our members. Our technology allows employees to easily manage their pension savings at any time, using our app. We understand the importance of staying close to one's pension, and our digital platform makes it possible for employees to do just that, wherever and whenever they are.

At Smart Pension, we believe that pension savings should not only provide financial security in retirement but should also contribute to a better world. That's why our default fund is invested in a sustainable way, focusing on companies with strong environmental, social and governance (ESG) credentials. We are dedicated to tackling climate change and making a positive difference to society and our planet. Our goal is to be net zero by 2040.

Our pension is not only good for individuals and the planet, but it's also a smart choice for employers. Our technology makes it easier for employers to set up and run their workplace pension with simple, automated ongoing processes. Our platform is ISO27001 certified, ensuring the safety and security of our members' data.

At Smart Pension, we take our responsibility to protect members' pension savings seriously. We have strong governance, with oversight from independent trustees. Our board of trustees is chaired by a group of individuals who do not work for Smart Pension, ensuring their independence and legal duty to act in the best interests of members.

Our digital-first pension is powered by our people, expertise and teams of pension and technology experts. We are proud to work with some of the world's leading financial institutions, including Barclays, Chrysalis Investments, DWS, J.P. Morgan, Legal & General, Link Group, Natixis Investment Managers, and Aquiline Capital Partners.

At Smart Pension, our service ethos is based on five hallmarks. We recognise, empathise and anticipate the needs of our customers to help them be better with money, so they can both live and retire well. We are committed to building long-term relationships with our members and employers, providing them with the best possible service and the tools they need to achieve their financial goals.

Smart Pension was founded in 2014 by Andrew Evans and Will Wynne. Since then, the Smart Pension Master Trust has grown, and Smart Pension has expanded to become global in both its ambitions and its operations. We are now also working with an increasing number of the world's largest financial institutions and at government level.

Thank you for considering Smart Pension for your workplace pension needs. We hope you will join the thousands of employers and employees who have already chosen to trust us with their pension savings.
