Established in 1980 as a Chartered Surveyor's practice, our company has undergone significant transformations over the years. In 2003, Mike Shaw FRICS took sole charge of the business, and later in 2014, John Baybut MRICS took over the reins. Since then, we have expanded our operations, opening new offices in Formby, Southport, and Liverpool City Centre. Through strategic acquisitions, including Robert Carswell Property Management in Southport and Keppie Massie Residential (KM Real Estate), we have grown our portfolio, managing over 1 billion worth of residential and commercial assets.
