Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Attitude
Tina Nya's review highlights her extremely poor experience at the salon. She booked an appointment, only to have the owner change the date and time without notice. Upon arrival, she was met with rudeness and poor attitude from the owner and stylist. The Texture Release treatment was not done to her satisfaction, and she was given incorrect information about the cost of a trim.
