Tempertons Estate Agents is an independent Estate Agency committed to providing an exceptional level of service. We offer a wealth of local knowledge and experience provided by two Chartered Surveyors, both of whom have lived and worked in the Telford and Newport area for many years. Established in Oakengates in 1966 by Ron and Godrey Temperton, the partnership expanded to open a second branch in Newport in 1978, with further branches in Dawley and Telford Town Centre following. The current partners, Nicholas Hughes MRICS, and Andrew Temperton MRICS, have many years of experience within the local property industry between them. In 2020, all operations were centralized into one office based in Newport as the increased use of technology and the ability of employees to work from home has made the need for multiple offices unnecessary.

We are still a family firm, with a team of people who are committed to getting the best results for our clients and maintaining regular contact at all times. We endeavour to uphold the highest service standards of professional integrity and take pride in our industry leading level of legal compliance. This, together with expert negotiating skills, sound local knowledge and superb marketing, enable us to offer a service of which we are proud.
