Residential Conveyancing Charges

To assist with budgeting for any residential conveyancing transaction, we have outlined below the indicative costs for a typical standard sale and purchase transaction. These fees have been calculated on the basis of an unconditional contract and the property being sold or bought with vacant possession and assuming completion takes place on the date agreed in the contract.

Our quotes for sales and purchases are as follows:

• Up to 150,000: Our fees are 725 plus VAT (145)
• 150,001 to 250,000: Our fees are 825 plus VAT (165)
• 250,001 to 350,000: Our fees are 875 plus VAT (175)
• 350,001 to 500,000: Our fees are 925 plus VAT (185)
• 500,001 to 700,000: Our fees are 975 plus VAT (195)
• Over 700,000: Our fees are 0.2% of the property value (we will provide you with a customised quote on request) plus VAT

For purchases, our quotes are as follows:

• Up to 80,000: Our fees are 725 plus VAT (145)
• 80,001 to 100,000: Our fees are 775 plus VAT (155)
• 100,001 to 200,000: Our fees are 825 plus VAT (165)
• 200,001 to 300,000: Our fees are 875 plus VAT (175)
• 300,001 to 500,000: Our fees are 975 plus VAT (195)
• 500,001 to 700,000: Our fees are 1,125 plus VAT (225)
• Over 700,001: Our fees are 0.2% of the property value (we will provide you with a customised quote on request) plus VAT

For re-mortgage and transfer of equity transactions, our fees are as follows:

• Re-mortgage: Our fees are 600 plus VAT (120)
• Transfer of Equity: Our fees are 600 plus VAT (120)
• Transfer of Equity and Re-mortgage: Our fees are 700 plus VAT (140)

Additional Costs

In some cases, additional costs may be incurred. These costs are listed below:

• VAT charges: Charged at the prevailing rate of 20%
• Unregistered Land: 300
