For landlords, we provide a personal service, with attention to detail, whilst maintaining a high standard of competence and professionalism. Our fees are competitive and may be open to negotiation dependent on the level of service required. We are particularly committed to investment landlords and savings can be made on the smallest of portfolios.
Our services include Full Management and Letting Only options. Our Full Management Service provides for the marketing of the property, carrying out viewings, leading to the introduction and vetting of a prospective tenant. We prepare the tenancy agreement, and if required, an inventory. During the tenancy, we carry out periodic inspection visits and arrange or recommend any necessary repairs. We also collect and process rental payments, crediting rental balances to the landlord's nominated bank account.
For tenants, we offer a wide range of properties to let, and our experienced staff are happy to guide you through the letting process, ensuring that you find your ideal new home.
