Poor Customer Service

The reviewer, Paulio, had a terrible experience with the videographer, citing poor customer service as a major issue. Despite paying upfront, Paulio was fobbed off repeatedly when asking for images to be included in the wedding film.

Delays and Unreliability

The biggest concern was the lengthy delay in receiving the final product. It took over six months after payment to receive a USB copy of the filming, which is unacceptable.
