Our History
Established in 2010, Homemaker Properties started out with a key focus on the Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) market. At the time, many Coventry letting agents avoided HMO management, considering it to be "too work-intensive". As a result, HMOs were considered a niche market. Homemaker Properties acted upon this gap in the market and have since become at the forefront of this increasingly popular market.
Our Team
Our passionate and talented team consists of:
- Anthony McMullan, Commercial Partner, who has been with the company since its inception in 2010. In his free time, he enjoys supporting Coventry City Football Club and going on long runs.
- Alison McMullan, Branch Manager, who has been with the company since 2014. She is a busy mum of two young children and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
- Liam Harris, Lettings Administration Manager, who joined the company in 2020. When not working, he enjoys watching Aston Villa Football Club and going out for meals with friends.
- Karolina Hejka-Smolak, Property Maintenance Co-Ordinator, who joined the company in 2021. She is an avid reader and enjoys going on camping trips in the mountains.
- Lauren McMullan, Lettings Negotiator, who has been with the company since 2021. In her free time, she enjoys trying out new restaurants and breweries.
