It appears that Greenlight Computing has been involved in a serious breach of trust with one of its long-standing clients. The client, who has been using the company's IT support services for many years, reported that Greenlight Computing had taken advantage of its access to confidential information and used it to poach one of the client's staff members. The incident was so severe that it was reported to the police.
Exceptional Customer Service
On a more positive note, one customer had a highly commendable experience with Greenlight Computing. The customer, who owns a newsagent business, purchased a new printer and was having difficulties with printing round sheets and customer bills.
