Funeral Services: A Mixed Bag
Disappointment and Distress
The funeral service for Tena Wallace's loved one was marred by a technical issue with the photo slide show, which malfunctioned and played only 8 slides on loop. This, coupled with the wrong holding photo being displayed, caused a delay at the start of the service and resulted in a rushed ceremony. The situation was made worse by the blame game that ensued between the parties involved, making an already difficult occasion even more distressing.
