Our company was established in 1973, originally as Brookside Joinery. In 1977, we became a Limited Company and changed our name to Davlyn Construction Limited. In 1985, we purchased a plot of land in the Sir Francis Ley Industrial Park and developed it to provide our offices, workshop, and builders yard. Today, we are still a family-owned business, and we pride ourselves on our directly employed site operatives and management staff.

Driver Behaviour
One reviewer, Charles Rhodes, expressed disappointment with the professionalism of the builders. He mentioned that while they may be good builders, their driving skills left much to be desired. Specifically, he was upset with their aggressive driving on the A38, trying to bully other drivers off the road at high speeds (over 70mph) in a sign-written van. He felt that this behaviour was especially concerning given the professionalism they should exhibit.
