Proactive Defence
At Hennessy & Hammudi, we believe that the most important part of any criminal prosecution is what takes place in the police station. Whatever is said or not said can have important ramifications for the court proceedings. As such, we advise all clients of the need to have a solicitor present at the police station. We offer free, 24/7 police station advice and representation.
Criminal Court Proceedings
In criminal court proceedings, our team is further supplemented by the assistance of independent and experienced barristers. We choose to instruct independent barristers as we believe that this is in the best interest of our clients. We ensure that all barristers we instruct on behalf of clients share the same philosophy of proactive defending and maintaining the high standards of representation of Hennessy & Hammudi Solicitors.
