How Our Appointments Work

All our appointments are all-day appointments, and we give you a call approximately 30 minutes before our engineer is due to arrive. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide estimated times of arrival due to the way our schedules can change. We therefore politely request that you do not call us to get an ETA as we won't be able to help you.
