Disappointing Experiences
Several reviewers have expressed disappointment with their experiences at this park. Closed Attractions were a major issue for some visitors, with one reviewer mentioning that the big rides were closed for their entire visit, and another reviewer having the same experience a second time around. The lack of accessible attractions has led to a decision not to return to the park.
Poor Professionalism was also a notable issue, with one reviewer accusing staff of using vulgar language and displaying a lack of professionalism. Another reviewer was dissatisfied with the negative responsiveness from the park, preferring solutions to problems.
Physical Damage was another problem, with one reviewer mentioning that damaged slabs were present in Nottingham Square.
