Managing your policy with Select & Protect is easy and convenient. With our online portal, you can make a claim, update your personal details, view and download your policy documents, and retrieve your saved quote. If you're a frequent traveller, make sure you allow plenty of time to arrange visas and check your passport is still valid. Check the entry requirements section on the Government site for the country you are visiting.

Insufficient Customer Service

Mario Costi and Tony Kelvin both attempted to cancel their insurance policies but received no response, with Tony Kelvin even going so far as to try live chat, only to be left waiting for over an hour.

Claims and Compensation

The company also faces issues with claims and compensation, with several customers reporting delayed or rejected payments. Lori W. and John Dan Andrews both had issues with making claims, with Lori W. stating that the company takes months to settle claims. Kristel Huth and Caroline, on the other hand, had their claims denied, with Kristel Huth's leak in her home still remaining unrepaired after a year and a half.
