Issues with Customer Service
It appears that there have been problems contacting the company's customer service department. Emilia Stefanescu, who left a 1-star review, has been trying to get in touch with someone for over two months and has yet to receive a response. They were unable to cancel their enrollment contract due to the lack of communication, and the phone number provided was "useless" for contact.
Positive Experience with Job Application Process
