Poor Patient Experience
The reviews for this orthodontist are overwhelmingly negative, with both reviewers expressing their disappointment and frustration with their experiences. Appointment Issues were a major concern, with long wait times and lack of communication with staff.
The first reviewer, Yelp R., gave a 1-star rating and described the practice as "awful" and the orthodontist as "arrogant". They regretted ever coming to the practice and would not recommend it to anyone.
The second reviewer, H. M., also gave a 1-star rating. They booked an appointment in advance but waited 25 minutes past their scheduled time for their appointment to start. Despite being told they were next in the queue, they waited another 10 minutes before being seen. The receptionist's attempts to explain the delay were unconvincing, and the reviewer's father had to intervene to get a resolution.
