Our Services
We are electrical contractors based in Joseph Wright House, Irongate, Derby, and we specialise in Periodic Test and Inspection, Electrical fault finding and repair, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Systems, Facilities Management, and Commercial and Domestic General Property Maintenance. We are also able to offer a full installation service to Commercial and Industrial clients whilst also being able to meet the needs of domestic property owners.
Our team consists of fully time-served approved electricians registered with The Joint Industry Board and holders of the Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) gold card, available for inspection at any time. We are National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractor (NICEIC) fully approved contractors, and also domestic installers able to self-certify work under Part P of the building regulations.
Domestic Services
We provide a complete domestic service, including fault finding and repairs, installation and replacement of fuse boards, power and lighting design, home networking, complete re-wiring, AV distribution, fire alarm systems, outdoor lighting, phone and TV sockets, outdoor wiring, CCTV and security installations, and minor work such as sockets and switches. We also offer general property maintenance services including plastering, painting, and small building works.
Commercial Services
Our commercial services include periodic inspection reports, PAT testing, 3-phase electrics, lamp replacement, external display lighting, full or partial electric installations, fault finding, general electrical maintenance, office lighting, emergency lighting, installation and maintenance of fire alarms, and electrical safety certificates. We also offer general repairs, rewires, data and telephone installations, and more.
