One Negative Review
However, one customer, Yvonne Starkey, left a negative review due to an issue with a silver bangle that was too large for her daughter. Although Nick's grandfather made adjustments to the bangle, Yvonne was still disappointed and felt that the family business seemed more interested in making money than providing good customer service.
