Founded in 1977, our journey began with the manufacture of replica Matchless motorcycle frames and aluminium cylinder barrels with spun cast iron liners. Our Services
Our comprehensive range of services includes CNC machining, CNC punching and bending, welding and fabrication, surface finishing, and screen printing. We employ state-of-the-art machinery and techniques to ensure precision and accuracy in our work. Our CNC machines are capable of 3 and 4-axis machining, CNC turning, and manual milling and turning. We also offer sheet metal welding services using TIG, MIG, and MMA welding techniques, with the capability to weld a variety of materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, and brass.
Surface Finishing
Our surface finishing capabilities include polishing, graining, bead blasting, vibratory polishing, and de-burring. We also offer electro weld colour removal from stainless steel. Additionally, we have established relationships with external services providers to offer laser cutting, electroplating, powder coating, hardening, and cylindrical grinding.
