• Starter Will: Everyone should have a Will, and making a Will doesn't have to be difficult or complicated. If your assets are modest and your needs are basic, then a Simple Will could be all you need to make sure that your legacy is distributed in accordance with your wishes. Our Starter Will is available for 150.
• Property Protection: Do you own a property with a spouse or partner, but worry that it will be lost to pay for care fees? If yes, a Property Protection Will, could help. Using a Property Protection Will allows you to save half of the value of the property, safeguarding it for your children. Our Property Protection Will is available for 250.
• Family Protection: Are you concerned about where your legacy will end up? We can ensure that any inheritance received by your children stays within your family. This can be especially important if one of your children is disabled. Our Family Protection Will is available for 320.
• Power of Attorney: Do you worry about what might happen if you can no longer manage your affairs? A Lasting Power of Attorney allows you to appoint your loved ones to act for you should the worst happen and you are no longer able to manage independently. We offer expert guidance on both Property and Finance and Health and Welfare types. Our Lasting Power of Attorney is available for 200 per form.
