With almost twenty years of experience in intellectual property protection and exploitation, Mark Milhench has worked for several top London IP firms and US law firms. He is a Registered Patent Agent, a European Patent Attorney, and a European Design Attorney, and has particular experience dealing with small start-up companies venturing into the IP world for the first time. Mark regularly gives talks and presentations to groups of start-up companies, and runs tutorials for students of the Chartered Institute taking the advanced drafting examination.
