Our People
At the helm of PainSmith Solicitors is Marveen Smith, the founder and Principal of the firm. Marveen has a background in accountancy and tax, and qualified as a Solicitor before starting her own practice. Besides her duties as Principal, Marveen is also one of the trainers for ARLA and other organizations, presenting legal courses throughout the country. She has also made appearances on Money Box for Radio 4 and Watchdog, where she has endeavored to present a balanced view of letting agents and dispense information to enable landlords to act in a more professional capacity.
