A perfect location for exploring Snowdonia
Gwynfryn Farm Bed & Breakfast is ideally located, just a short drive from the A496. We are within easy reach of numerous local attractions, including Shell Island, Harlech Castle, and the Llanfair Slate Caverns. The area offers a variety of country walks that lead directly from the farm, as well as local beaches such as Shell Island and the Llyn Peninsula.
The nearby village of Llanbedr offers two pubs, a deli/cafe, and a general store. While Llanbedr is a popular holiday destination, our farm offers guests the opportunity to explore quieter, less busy beauty spots, as it sits below the majestic Rhinog mountains.
The harbour town of Barmouth, with its variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants, is just 15 minutes to the south. It features a wonderful promenade, a funfair, and beach activities for children to enjoy. Caernarfon Castle and the mountains of Snowdonia are a little further north, approximately a 50-minute drive away.
