CrossCount Limited was established by two principal shareholders who have been working together since 1991, bringing over 56 years of experience in the building services commissioning industry. Our company recognises that our staff are the cornerstone of our business. We are committed to providing on-going training to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest technical changes within the built environment. We also encourage employees to continue their personal development throughout their careers. Moreover, we care about their health and wellbeing and plan to offer the cycle to work scheme to all employees by the end of 2023.

At CrossCount Limited, we are proud to be full corporate members of the Commissioning Specialists Association (CSA), members of The Building Services Research and Information Association (BSRIA), and accredited to Construction Health & Safety (CHAS). We maintain corporate membership of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and people we come into contact with.

We offer a range of services, from an engineer for a day to full MEP commissioning services, including Management, Hands On Commissioning, Water Treatment & Disinfection, Operating & Maintenance Manuals - we can help. Our MEP validation & dilapidation surveys are carried out in line with the latest industry standards and regulations. We ensure that all pre-commission cleaning & disinfection is carried out according to the guidelines and regulations, ensuring that a Legionella risk assessment is carried out to ensure the safety of building occupants.

At CrossCount Limited, we understand the importance of producing accurate and comprehensive O&M Manuals. Our team of experienced engineers and technical writers ensure that all documentation is produced to a high standard, providing clear and concise instructions for building maintenance.
