Our assembly fixtures are designed to ensure error-free assembly, incorporating sensors, electronic screwdrivers, and vision sensors to guarantee precision. We specialize in designing and creating complex tube assemblies, including proface HMI controlled fixtures for small individual tubes up to large complex underfloor assemblies.

Our electrical engineering and design services include the design and build of complex electrical panels and test equipment to control simple fixtures up to assembly line automation. We also offer upgrade and refurbishment services to improve process control and process improvements. Additionally, we design and build laser marking systems with the integration of all electrical safety systems.

Furthermore, our leak testing services include the design and build of full form checking fixtures and complex bracket assembly pipe fixtures. We also provide fuel system components test rigs, which are built in an enclosure to suit the project's needs, and designed to hold higher pressures. Our leak test solutions provide easy incorporation into an automatic or manual line, data outputs and logging of test results, and integration into intelligent rigs and fixtures.
