At TM Structures Ltd, we pride ourselves on being a friendly, local, professional, and personal civil and structural engineering consultancy service. Our team, led by Chartered Structural Engineer Terry Morgan, has over 40 years of broad-based experience within the structural engineering industry. We operate from our offices in Hanham, Bristol, and provide our services to construction professionals and domestic householders in the Bristol, Bath, South-West, South Wales, and surrounding areas.

Our objective is to provide a cost-effective design solution that fully complies with our clients' needs and requirements, no matter how small the project. We achieve this by working closely with our clients, architects, and building services engineers from an early stage in each project to optimise the overall design in terms of buildability, cost effectiveness, and the satisfactory performance of the completed building.

Our Services

We offer a range of services tailored to suit our clients' needs. Our services include structural engineers' reports to assist property purchases, structural investigations, reports, and repair specifications for building defects, subsidence, and non-traditional properties. We also provide structural advice relating to solar panel roof installations, preparation of designs, structural calculations, and drawings for domestic house extensions, loft conversions, and removal of walls.

In addition, we offer drawings and calculations prepared for Building Regulation and Planning applications, full civil and structural consultancy design service for viability reports, scheme design, and construction design for new build, extensions, refurbishment, underpinning, and agricultural building conversion projects. We also provide Autocad detailing, general structural engineering advice, and structural engineering expertise to assist building surveyors and party wall surveyors.
