Quality of Service
The quality of service at Rexel Bermondsey was praised by Joshua Boyce, who received excellent assistance from Harry, who went above and beyond to provide a suitable alternative when one of the items was out of stock. On the other hand, several reviewers experienced poor customer service and communication issues. Chris Culver, Dimitre Nizamov, and Paul Weller expressed disappointment with their orders being cancelled or delayed without any communication, with one reviewer even being threatened with legal action. In contrast, Chris Harkness, Jeff Tate, and Olly Boon reported positive experiences with knowledgeable staff and great quality products at various Rexel store locations.
Product Range and Availability
The availability of products was a major concern for several reviewers. Susie Hann mentioned that she had been waiting for parts for over a year, with the original delivery date pushed back multiple times. In contrast, Chris Harkness and Jeff Tate praised the range of products and knowledgeable staff at their respective store locations.
Overarching Issues
