At Clifton Engineering (North East) Ltd, we are a precision engineering and polyurethane moulding company based in Morpeth, Northumberland, England. We are proud to be registered to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and accredited through NQA (National Quality Assurance). Our state-of-the-art, 17,000 square feet, modern, purpose-built manufacturing facility is equipped with the latest technology and machinery, enabling us to provide high-quality products and services to our customers.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including CNC machining, conventional machining and tool-making, polyurethane moulding, and encapsulation. Our CNC machining capabilities include vertical spindle milling, 3rd, 4th, and 5th axis milling, and 3D milling. Our conventional machining and tool-making department offers vertical and horizontal milling, turning, surface and cylindrical grinding, and honing. We also specialise in the manufacture of components and mechanical sub-assemblies for pipeline inspection PIGs. Additionally, we provide polyurethane moulding and encapsulation services, including casting and moulding of industrial grades of polyurethane, metal to polyurethane bonding, and polyurethane and epoxy resin encapsulation of electronic components and assemblies.
