CC Construction Group Ltd was established in 1997 by school friends Chris Edwards and Cris Silvano, with the addition of Robert Barclay as a shareholder and Director in 2009. Over the past 25 years, the company has grown into one of the leading prime-residential construction firms in London and the Southern Counties, with a group of companies encompassing four distinct divisions.

Our reputation has been built on delivering beautiful and unique projects, crafted by our in-house build team of over 100 skilled builders and trusted sub-contractors. We have established long-standing relationships with the industry's leading Architects, Interior Designers, Surveyors, and Project Managers, enabling us to create homes with the latest design features, sustainability measures, and state-of-the-art technology.
