Our Services

At Belmont Engineering, we offer a comprehensive range of sub-contract, multi-axis CNC machining services. Our state-of-the-art machinery includes the Hass VF-4 super speed machining centre, capable of handling large workpieces with rapid feedrates of 40m/min. Our CNC milling capability extends up to 1.5 meters in length, complemented by CNC turning facilities up to 300mm in diameter.

Our investment in the latest technology enables us to provide customers with rapid response to their requirements, minimizing programming and downtime. We can take your design from a sketch, drawing, or solid model file to a finished product or component, utilizing our CAM systems that read all current file formats, including IGES, STEP, DXF, Rhino, and Solidworks.

In addition to machined components, we supply a range of sheet metal components and fabricated assemblies, providing a one-stop-shop for your products and assemblies. Our materials expertise includes Aluminium, Stainless steels, plastics, and exotic alloys like Ferallium. We also offer in-house wet blast finishing (vapor blasting) and graphic etching services, achieving unmatched surface finishes and precise graphic etching onto various materials.

Our Facility

Our modern, 6,600 sq ft workshop area provides a clean and organized working environment, complemented by separate office areas, inspection department, and surface treatment/blast plant area. Continuous investment in new plant and equipment enables us to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
