Our Team

Our team is made up of highly experienced and skilled individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Our founder and CEO, Natasha Ratajczak, has decades of experience in the industry and is at the forefront of the company. Our Office Manager, Clara, is the first point of contact for our clients and ensures that all enquiries and orders are handled efficiently and with a smile. Our Hair Specialists, Ela and Charlotte, have over 17 years of experience between them and are perfectionists when it comes to the art of final stage hair preparation. Our Colour Specialist, Paula, works with our natural, raw hair to create a comprehensive range of colours, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality.
