*Amanda Walker, Operations Manager:* I have worked for the company since it started back in 2000, as operations manager I deal with all aspects of running the business as well as managing the rental properties and house sales. Having lived in the area for some time, I have impartial knowledge of the area and local properties.

*John Gibson, Partner:* John originally came to the company as a mortgage adviser in 2008 and later became a partner in the estate agents business. He now values all the properties which come onto the market as well as dealing with the day-to-day running of the estate agents as well as providing mortgage advice.
