Recent Projects

Some of our recent projects include:

• Precast Concrete Production Facility, Stanton by Dale: This project involved the construction of a precast concrete production building for manufacturing 'Green Tunnel' units for HS2. The construction of the building included 6No. Gantry Cranes and to facilitate the installation of a steam concrete curing system.
• Three Storey Office Development: This project involved the construction of a new three storey office development with car parking and landscaping. The building was constructed using a combination of a steel frame, masonry and curtain walling, providing a contemporary new office development with each floor as a stand-alone office with its own facilities.
• Precast Concrete Production Facility, Melton: This project involved the construction of a bespoke precast facility for the purposes of manufacturing bridge beams for HS2. The construction of a 365m long steel framed production building complete with the infrastructure for an on-site concrete batching plant.
• Industrial Project for Swish at Alpha Park in Tamworth: This project involved the construction of a new 70,000 square foot distribution centre for Swish Building Products.
• Education Project at Ratcliffe College: This project involved the construction of a new sixteen Classroom Preparatory school with feature Assembly Hall and Courtyard, as well as the construction of a new Refectory facility with glazed atrium and refurbishments of Priests Dining area.
• Offices & Industrial Project at Tencate: This project involved the construction of a new factory facility for carbon fibre manufacturing business with a two storey internal office facility, as well as the refurbishing of existing offices and factory premises.
