- Adaptations: We can help you apply for grants/loans, get quotes, and appoint a contractor to undertake adaptations to your home, ensuring that you have the necessary facilities to live comfortably and safely.
- Repairs: Our team can help you maintain, repair, and improve your home, providing essential services such as guttering, soffits, and fascias, re-roofing works, electrical safety, windows and doors, damp and mould, and central heating.
- Other Services: We also provide a range of additional services, including energy efficiency, housing options, practical help, and care, as well as guidance on finance and benefits, and being safe and secure.

Communication and Service Issues
The experience with HIA was marred by poor communication and slow service, as noted by Rick Barker.
