We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service, and our Amtico Spacia LVT finish is a testament to this. We use Amtico Spacia Plaza Concrete Tiles, Latex Brick Bond with a Mirabelle coloured feature strip to achieve the desired finish for our clients. Our team's expertise and attention to detail ensure that our clients receive exceptional flooring solutions that meet their needs.

Our Process

At Kreative Flooring, we believe in delivering a seamless and hassle-free experience to our clients. Our process involves an initial consultation, formal quotation, quotation acceptance, supply and fit.

During the initial consultation, a member of our team visits you in the comfort of your own home or place of work with a selection of samples. We ensure that the measurements are correct and take full ownership from the start, eliminating the hassle for you. If the samples we present are not to your liking, we will arrange another visit with alternatives more suited to your requirements.

Once your new flooring has been chosen, we produce a formal quote for you via email. We can also send it to you in the post upon request. Once the price is agreed and we have your authorisation, we pre-order the materials and confirm a date for installation.

On the agreed date, our team arrives ready to fit your new flooring. We carry out the fitting to the highest standard, and all properties are left in a clean state.

In some circumstances, we may ask to deliver the material the day before as certain floorings need to acclimatise before the installation.
