Recent Projects
Over the past few months, we have been involved in several exciting projects, including:
- The Pipe Factory: We have been appointed to refurbish the Grade B Listed Pipe Factory in Glasgow, transforming it into a creative home and hub for young people from marginalised communities, the local community of Calton and the Barras, and early career artists, architects, and designers.
- Take A Bow Opportunity Centre: We have secured planning permission for the retrofit and extension of an existing community facility in Kilmarnock, significantly reducing the operational carbon of the building and providing new community spaces throughout.
- Apart-hotel: We have obtained planning consent for the retrofit of a former warehouse building into an Apart-hotel in Edinburgh, the first planning consent in the city for our client HubCap.
- Gap Homes Stirling: Works have commenced on site for our Gap Homes project in Stirling, providing four one-bed homes for young care leavers and one two-bed home for a care worker.
- The Crichton Project: We have been selected, along with White Arkitekter and Ekkist, as winners of The Crichton Project in Dumfries and Galloway. The new 15 million building will transform cultural provision in the region while complementing the extraordinary range of facilities and organisations at The Crichton.
- Maxwell Park Pavilion: We have secured planning approval from Glasgow City Council for our Maxwell Park Pavilion project, regenerating an empty council depot area in our local neighbourhood park in Glasgow.
