Poor Customer Experience with Carrier Furnaces and Authorized Repair Company
Disappointing Repair Experience
The reviewer, Mikey T., had a frustrating experience with a Carrier furnace repair. Despite checking the Carrier US website for authorized dealers and repair companies, the technician from the chosen company quoted a higher price than listed on their website for the repair. Moreover, after performing the repair, the furnace still did not work, and the technician seemingly gave up and left.
Lack of Support from Carrier Corp and Repair Company
To make matters worse, when Mikey T. called the repair company to request further assistance or a refund, they refused to send another technician or provide a refund. Furthermore, Carrier Corp's customer support also failed to provide adequate assistance, instead giving Mikey T. the "run around".
