Our History

Founded in 1963 by Robin Summers, our firm has a rich history of providing common-sense advice to clients who value a high level of professionalism. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include tax and accountancy, and have developed specialisms in providing Private Office support, corporate advice, and all aspects of negotiation. Today, we boast extensive expertise in HMRC enquiries, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, corporate tax, payroll, US Federal and State tax, entrepreneurial and owner manager disposals and mergers, risk, valuations, divorce settlements, negotiations, and management of family offices.
