Welcome to Robert Potter and Partners Ltd, a Chartered Architects and Project Managers with a wealth of experience in delivering projects of all sizes throughout the UK and Channel Islands. Our practice was established in 1964 and has since grown to become a leading architectural practice with a team of knowledgeable and experienced staff.

Our team of over 20 professionals includes Architects, Project Managers, Technologists, and Passivhaus Designers. Our Directors, all Chartered Architects, bring with them extensive experience in various sectors, including healthcare, education, housing, conservation, and urban regeneration. Our people are our greatest asset, and we take great pride in their skills, qualifications, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Our Services

As Architects, we bring flair, commitment, and enthusiasm to every project. Our core service is Architecture, where we take the lead in the Design Team, coordinating the input of other consultants to ensure a fully integrated design solution. We take great pleasure in working with clients to achieve the ideal design solution.

In addition to Architecture, we offer a range of services, including Project Management, Planning Consultancy, and Expert Witness. Our Project Management services encompass programming, risk management, and chairing design team meetings, as well as advising on procurement and monitoring progress and costs.

We also provide Planning Consultancy Services, including general advice on planning applications, advice on Local Plans and Planning Policies, and promotions of potential development sites.

Our Expertise

Our expertise is broad and extensive, covering almost every building type. Our largest project to date has cost 35 million. We have experience working on healthcare and NHS projects, educational projects, private houses, social housing, historic building conservation and conversions, dementia care homes, urban, rural, and harbourside regeneration, low-energy housing, Passive House projects, and POE post-occupancy evaluation research.
