At Gauld Architecture Works, we are a practice that embodies a unique approach to architecture. Founded in 2006, we have evolved from initially focusing on private residential projects to now working with property developers and commercial clients on a wide range of projects. Our experience spans across London and the South-East of England, as well as further afield in Sweden, Japan, and China.

Our core philosophy is built on the principle of fresh thinking, where we strive to present our clients with innovative solutions that meet their needs. Our director, Kevin Gauld, brings a wealth of practical experience, having worked on construction sites globally and possessing the "Passivhaus Designer" qualification. This expertise allows us to integrate sustainable principles into our designs, ensuring that our projects not only look stunning but also promote a healthier and more environmentally conscious built environment.

Notable Projects

Our portfolio encompasses a diverse range of projects, showcasing our ability to adapt to various contexts and client needs. Two of our notable projects include:

• The sunken half-level project, where we designed a new build house with a focus on maximising natural light and providing privacy for the occupants.
• The Meysey Hampton project, where we worked with a first-time property developer to build a 3-bedroom house on a narrow lane, overcoming site constraints and spatial limitations.
