We offer a range of motorcycle training courses, including CBT, A1, A2, DAS (Direct Access), and Advanced Rider Training. Our training facility is conveniently located in Syston, Leicester, with easy access by car, bus and rail. We have a large off-road training area, enabling our learners to master their riding skills in a controlled and safe environment.

Our instructors are trained to the highest possible standards and have an excellent understanding of motorcycle riding. At Leicestershire Motorcycle Training Partnership, we take your safety seriously. We comply with all relevant licence regulations and ensure that all our learners are adequately equipped for their training. For your safety and peace of mind, we require all learners to bring their own helmet, bike jacket, bike gloves, jeans or heavy cotton work trousers and ankle boots. If you arrive for your course wearing tracksuit bottoms, leggings or trainers, you will be sent home, and your course payment will not be refunded.
Services Offered

- Compulsory Basic Training (CBT): Our CBT course is the first step towards obtaining your motorcycle licence. It covers basic riding skills, including bike controls, starting and stopping the engine, emergency braking, and road positioning.
- A1 and A2 Restricted Licences: These courses are designed for learners aged 17-23 years old and enable you to ride a motorcycle up to 125cc and 47bhp respectively.
- Direct Access Scheme (DAS): Our DAS course enables learners to obtain their full motorcycle licence. It covers all aspects of motorcycle riding, including road positioning, advanced manoeuvres, and negotiating traffic.
- Advanced Riding Tests: Our advanced riding test courses are designed for full licence holders and focus on enhancing your riding skills, including cornering, overtaking, and road positioning.
