Our History

AK Developments was formed in February 2002 with 3 employees; its first development project was in the coastal resort of Benllech. The development of 3no Detached 3 bed houses was the catalyst to expand the company.

In 2007, driven by demand, the company shifted its emphasis into contracting and employed 11 highly motivated and skilled staff. In 2008, we developed our Gaerwen site with 4 new 3 bed town houses. 2009 saw a very busy year for us contracting and we decided to concentrate on this for the whole year.
