Our team, led by the talented and experienced Nicola Hopwood, a chartered architect registered with the RIBA and ARB, takes pride in understanding the unique requirements and aspirations of each of our clients.

Our Services

We specialise in housing, delivering new-build and refurbishment projects across the West Midlands, Warwickshire, and Worcestershire, as well as further afield in Dorset, Somerset, and Shropshire. Our expertise extends to masterplanning, apartment developments, and individual country residences. We also have experience in leisure and retail, education, and the Home Office (police/custodial) sectors. Our services include concept design options and feasibility studies, securing planning permissions, Building Regulations and Construction Drawings, contract administration, and project management on site. We offer a personalised service to create spaces and buildings that delight and add value for our clients.

Our practice has a wealth of experience in delivering award-winning projects, with clients including Urban Splash, Hammerson, Argent, and Kent Police. We have also led the team responsible for the design and delivery of Team GB's accommodation at the London 2012 Olympics with LendLease and the Olympic Delivery Authority.
