Our CNC machining capabilities include efficient utilisation of 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centres to manufacture precision components. We have a team of skilled and experienced engineers who are able to provide flexible and precise automated machining cells for increased rate of production and improved quality and reliability.
Our CNC and manual turning services are suitable for both one-off components and ongoing production orders. We have multiple manual and CNC turning centres that are able to machine a wide range of parts.
Laser scanning and reverse engineering is another one of our specialties. We use a hand-held 3D laser scanner to provide reverse engineering and optimised measurement solutions, which are both portable and accurate.
Our CMM inspection services ensure product conformity and compliance to design requirements and customer specification. We use both CMM and manual inspection methods to guarantee the highest level of quality and accuracy.
