Servicing & Maintenance

Our servicing and maintenance package includes a yearly maintenance check of your boiler, ensuring its efficiency and operation. This check also keeps your warranty valid and guarantees that your system works to its full potential. In addition, we also cover Landlord Gas Safety Certificates. Our servicing and maintenance would cover the following:

• Strip down and clean out of the boiler
• Checking parts for wear and tear
• Full check of heating operation
• Combustion analyser of your boiler
• Efficiency check of the boiler
• Benchmark logbook filled in

Repairs & Fault Finding

Fault finding and repairs are our specialty. With over 20 years of experience in fault finding and repairs, we can quickly and efficiently diagnose and resolve any issues, regardless of the system, design, or make of boiler installed in your premises. We will provide a quote for the supply and fit of any required parts following the diagnostics. We will also, wherever possible, prove and explain why the parts are faulty, ensuring that no time or money is wasted.

Gas & Heating Installation

Our gas and heating installation services include:

Systems are fully designed by our team of fully qualified engineers. Systems can be installed using either copper soldered or pressfit. Plastic pushfit pipework can also be used if required.

Bathroom Design & Installation

Our free design service allows us to turn your concepts into the bathroom of your dreams. We can provide manufacturers' brochures to help you decide on what your dream bathroom looks like. We provide a hassle-free install service, explaining what the process is and what an estimated timescale will be for the project.

• Removal of old bathroom suite
• Provide skip or remove rubbish from site
• Alter hot, cold, and waste pipework
• First and second fix sanitary ware (bathroom suite)

• Tidy up and test suite
