Services for Landlords

We understand that letting your property, especially for the first time, can be a daunting experience. Our top priority is to provide you with the best possible service and find the right tenant for your property. Our carefully selected tenants are drawn from a continually updated register, and all prospective tenants are thoroughly referenced and credit checked.

We offer a competitive fee structure, and our rates may be negotiable depending on the level of service required. We are particularly committed to investment landlords, and savings can be made on even the smallest of portfolios. Our levels of service include:

• Full Management: This is our comprehensive service, which includes marketing the property, carrying out viewings, introducing and vetting prospective tenants, preparing tenancy agreements, and conducting inventory checks. During the tenancy, we carry out periodic inspection visits, arrange or recommend any necessary repairs, and collect and process rental payments, which are then credited to the landlord's nominated bank account.
• Letting Only: This service includes marketing the property, carrying out viewings, introducing and vetting prospective tenants, preparing tenancy agreements, and conducting inventory checks. Following this, the first month's rent and usually a tenancy deposit is collected and credited to the landlord less our agreed fee. Managing the tenancy, including maintenance and rent collection, will then be the responsibility of the landlord.

Property Management

At Yeolets Ltd, we understand the importance of maintaining a property in excellent condition. We offer a property management service that includes arranging maintenance and repairs, conducting regular inspections, collecting and processing rental payments, and liaising with tenants towards the end of the tenancy. Our management agreement outlines the scope of our services, and we are committed to working within these confines.

As appointed introducers for several insurance companies, we can provide information on various insurance products, including landlord's insurance, buildings insurance, contents insurance, and rent guarantee insurance.
